restricted diets.

We carry an extensive selection of supplements, including vitamins and minerals, Omega 3’s and other
essential fatty acids, herbal products, homeopathics, and sports nutrition products. Not to mention the
variety of other natural health products like essential oils, natural personal care and beauty products,
natural cleaning supplies, books and more.

Being true to the roots of our business, we also have a large bulk food section with a range of nuts and
seeds, flours, herbs and spices, and baking supplies.

Our original store started out small but with the support of our many loyal customers we have grown
much bigger, carrying a larger variety of food selections and alternative health products to serve you
