Booster Balls

3/4 cup almond butter (raw or roasted)
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup pure maple syrup…


1 cup sesame seeds (raw or toasted)
1/4 cup carob or cocoa powder
1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder (optional)
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flaked or puffed quinoa (or millet)
1/2 cup shredded coconut (or crushed walnut)

Change it up!!!
*Try sunflower seed butter instead of almond butter for a totally different flavour!
*Use different colours of sesame seeds for a wider variety of nutrients!
*Substitute flax seeds for sesame seeds for EVEN MORE fiber!

Preparation: 
1) Combine almond butter, tahini and maple syrup in food processor and blend until smooth
2) Add sesame seeds, carob, green tea powder, oat bran and quinoa and blend until like dough (it may be necessary to scrape down the sides of the food processor)
3) Spread coconut on a plate, roll mixture into ping-pong sized balls, and roll in the coconut
4)Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 14 days
